Tried multiple settings in the devcontainer.json file, "local-history.path" and none worked.

I have this issue too.
It's about a file permission.

Error with mkdir: 'Error: EACCES: permission denied, mkdir '/Users/nico/.vscode/.history/app/src/app/about'' file '/Users/nico/.vscode/.history/app/src/app/about/page_20230130193317.tsx
