Add trigger time to wait until node in status message #157

The wait until node currently displays "waiting for xxxxx" as the status message after it is triggered. It would make debugging on the fly slightly more convenient if it also displayed the trigger time à la the current state/event state nodes.

So it would display "waiting for xxxxx: Sep 23, 08:14".

Not at all mission critical, but it would be convenient to not have to use a debug node to see when the wait until node was activated.
