Describe feature

Notes can be cloned into different folders, can blocks?

Additional Information

If this is not easy to do, can you add a function, just drag block to the folder to change to a note ?

Trilium doesn't really have a concept of blocks. There are paragraphs within text, but they don't play any special role.
