Currently is nodes report that even one node is down, update and extend operations on cluster are disabled. However, in case of cluster migration to from internal setup to DMZ one, old ring has to be decommissioned eventually and this leads the nodes being reported as down.
I would expect planb script to have an option to explicitly specify allowed number of nodes being that would still allow proceeding.
