Task: New Jnb for DOI Registration at DataCite from the new Geonode

Task Description

In the GeoNode retreat we want to fully experience a data publication starting from the upload tool, integration in GeoNode and registration of DOI at DataCite.

• We need a JupyterNotebook that registeres a DOI at DataCite and all information are coming from the Geonode.
• This Jnb should take a ticket number from Redmine as a start.
• The DOI should be just in "Draft" status.
• Please use ZALF DataCite Login for DOI registration.
