Dispatcher text should be pasted in as plain text(or like it)

I found the dispatcher's unexpected behavior when pasting in text. Wherever the text was copied from it, the style is applied. If for example the text was copied from markdown code snippet, the darker background color is applied, making the text unreadable in the dispatcher.

One solution could be making sure that text added to the dispatcher will be styled with color white and no background. This would keep the styling consistent with the default text in the dispatcher.

I feel that changing the behavior of the dispatcher to have consistent styling and formatting would be ideal.
