Thanks and Concurrency

First of all a massive thanks for this project. The API is super straightforward and I absolutely love the efforts to universalize the API between the different languages (rust and java), super cool efforts. I am using it now inside a experimental java/kotlin client for the arkitekt framework, an was about to give up, but this resparked my motiviation :)

One question has however no arisen for me as a non java expert: Are there any plans for concurrent chunk retrieval? As far as i understood the code (again no expert :D) i have not seen anything and it doesn't feel hyper performant as of now (compared to a python client). Is this something on the roadmap?
