Suggestion(s):

Notify when user is pinged by someone else
Notify when user joins a private voice channel w/ ShowHiddenChannels
Notify when a user has access to a new private channel w/ ShowHiddenChannels
Change "sent a message" notifaction to "sent a message in <channel/serverName>"
