Pytorch implementation for our paper

Let the Flows Tell: Solving Graph Combinatorial Optimization Problems with GFlowNets.

We formulate a set of graph combinatorial optimization problems as sequential decision-making sampling problems, and design efficient GFlowNet algorithms to tackle them.
