MDN: compat data annotations toggling doesn't work #1598

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Install CSS docset.
  2. Open "css:transition" page.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page.
  4. Try to click on any "Browser compatibility" table cell that has asterisck/ellipsis.

Expected result:

Annotation for compat data is displayed, as it does on https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/CSS/transition

Acutal result:

Nothing happens.
