original appium size is 1.58Gb
we all add ~400Mb so 1.98Gb size.

  1. so we have to remove as much as possible
  2. reuse multistage build to combine onto the single layer (extracting layers is too slow - ~15s from total 20-25 on pull)

appium 2.0.x is 2.53Gb
