Collab panel, chat ui problems with copy message

Summary

Steps to trigger the problem:

1. Join a chat in any channel
2. Go to any message
3. Click on more, three dots to suspend

As you can see from the image, it looks like there is too much padding or the tooltip/menu that appears is too big for the text that appears.

It would be better if the size is the same as the content of it.
