Ability to set file language via command pallete

Sublime text has a feature where you can set the language of a file via the command pallete. This is quite handy as a faster way than changing it via the selector at the bottom.

EDIT: Just realized there's a dedicated keyboard shortcut for it, so that's sufficient.
