Make it easier/clearer how to start a new project

Zed is best known as a "vibe coding" editor for quickly whipping up stuff with AI: however, as far as I can tell, both the documentation and the tool do not offer any guidance on the very basic task of starting a new project. And if you just jump into agent and tell it to create something, you run into all sorts of weird permissions problems because it doesn't have access to the directory you're trying to build things in.

Suggestions

• Add an explanation of how to kick off a new project into https://zed.dev/docs/getting-started
• When first opening Zed, offer the option to create a new project
• Add a "New project" option into the File menu

And how should we actually create a new project currently? As you mention, @jpatokal, I don't manage to find any to do so.
