Simple configuration for startup?

It can be nice to have a simple script that can be run at startup for tmux sessions; therefore I was wondering if there is any built-in capability in zellij?
I looked through the documentation, but a solution did not readily stand out other than writing the script from scratch.

A tmux script from scratch may look something like this:

However, this can take time to create and is obviously very "manual" or not built-in to tmux.
Zellij has many nice defaults, config, and other features - is a simple configuration file for this type of setup also available?
