Add Language, Color, UI Buttons

Add a gear icon to the bottom of UI pages that expands to reveal a series of buttons.

1. There can be buttons represented by national flag icons that represent languages.
2. There can be buttons represented by colored squares that represent the different color options.
3. There can be buttons represented by narrow & wide that represent the two currently incluided GUIs.

When clicked these buttons will switch their respective setting to their respective value, but preseve the rest of the user specified values.
