Nicaraguan phone numbering plan now supports mobile numbers starting with 7 and 8
Would you mind to state a source for that? A quick Google search didn't bring anything up, and the Wikipedia page still only lists "8": |
I am Nicaraguan and currently living in the country. I tried to contact my local operators for this information. Unfortunately, this information is not documented on their web portal. I can say this took place last year. Don't know the exact date, however I have updated the Wikipedia article in regards to this matter. |
Unless there are any objections, I'm going to have to say we trust the person who actually lives in Nicaragua. 😄 |

Updated the PhoneNumber test to support arrays of possible phone numbers to test against.
I also updated the unit tests accordingly. |
@Maks3w, @EvanDotPro, @DASPRiD, @weierophinney Just got back from visiting Movistar and Claro (Nicaraguan Telecommunication Providers) and confirmed that the number 7 is currently active as part of mobile numbering plan for Movistar Network. Also there is a new number added by Claro which is the number 5. Should i open a new pull request for this?. |
