content: rewrite HTML to markdown where available #26

Some pages were copy-pasted from zenodo.org and they still have HTML.
It would be better to rewrite them in markdown for easier unification of all headers / paragraph spacing etc.

This became a problem since newer version of Lektor (3.x) started rendering links incorrectly inside the pages which had the HTML copy-pastes.

This is temporarily solved by fixing some the breaking links and pinning lektor version to 3.0.1
