Support for cakephp 3

Hello, first of all- thank you for the great plugin. I use it in many projects.
Do you plan migrate the plugin to support cakephp3. if yes, would you have an approximate release date? Thanks again.

Hey - thanks for the kind words.

Honestly, I haven't used this plugin in a while...

IMO, the JS needs an upgrade, as that library has evolved a bit.

I have no desire to upgrade it to Cake3 for a long time... I'm not working on any Cake3 stuff.

If you want to fork and pull request, as long as you branch to versions, I'd be happy to merge it.
