Ideation/Problem solving

Find out the optimum flow to capture positive test results and presumed tests results at the various information this information (e.g test facilities and Hospital)

We need to identify the best place to capture a positive test OR a presumed positive test
For the latter the person may be treated as if they have C19 or they may be deceased and also assumed.

A person can be tested in a Dr. office, a drive-in, a home test and may receive the result there and then or some days later by returning to the office, by email, SMS, voice.

Idenitfy either the flows and places we can capture it
Or
come up with a questionnaire to ask hospitals and test centres.

For example an outcome might be that there are 7 approaches

  1. Print QR stickers and put them on medical sign-in forms
    When scanned it indicates positive

When the person scans that code, what exactly does the admin do? Do they use an app from us or just go to the website??

Here's a previously created flow https://drive.google.com/open?id=1aOofudMJolhuZbhls-udtOJVWs16G0Y4
