Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently when a user clicks on the instance favicon, they cannot update it directly. Please add a functionality where if a user hovers over the instance favicon, we show a tiny image icon, and on click it opens the update instance favicon modal.

Please see the loom video for a full explanation of the issue and the solution.
