after I enter "importing encoding" in command line, there is an error "torch/tensor.h no such file or directory", do you know how to fix it

Did you install the Pytorch-Encoding well?

Yes, I suggest installing by command " pip install git+https://github.com/zhanghang1989/PyTorch-Encoding/ ", you may need to try multiple times.
