how to run cmd by another user in windows #65

in windows we can use syscall CreateProcessAsUserW to create cmd by another user. Is there any plan for this?

So it's possible.
Just need to think about api of how such a setting.

I am not an expert in windows, so how do you get a user token? By LogonUserW or somewhat else?
