Support for Tuya device TS0601 by _TZE200_2gtsuokt

This is an ltech LED constant current driver with cool and warm outputs and dimming functions. I have a compatible LED board with warm white and cool white LED's. When I first connected to HA there were non controllable entities. I tried the quirk ts0601_dimmer but while that gave me on/off control the dimming function doesn't work. There's no obvious product/ZHA quirk type for this from what I can see? I am trying to emulate what the Philips Hue White Balance lamps do which I have in the same room. https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005006393500517.html

Used ZHA toolkit to scan device and get endpoints but not sure how to use this to create a quirk?
