Add functionality for users to configure ZingoProxyD on startup.
Either as input options or with use of a .conf file.
Variables to be configurable: (this list is not exhaustive.)

  • ZingoProxyD listen address.
  • Full node listen address.
  • Full node authorisation data (user, password)
  • Nym conf directory.
  • (Darkside Enabled)
