Wasabi related issues in zIPs repo

If I understand correctly, this repo is for company related stuff, right?
To keep stuff organized, shall we move Wasabi related issues and ideas to https://github.com/zkSNACKs/WalletWasabi and https://github.com/zkSNACKs/WalletWasabi/discussions/categories/ideas-contributions?

Started moving Wasabi related issues to /WalletWasabi but noticed few problems.

1. If we move things their correct place, for example to discussions ideas/contributions, we cant close any ideas, hence resulting in to many duplicates.

2. If you tag discussion X from discussion Y, there will be nothing visible in X. Current state means we have to manually tag everything (like Android App WalletWasabi/WalletWasabi#9275 (comment)).

Not sure if this is a feature or a bug but it makes organizing much harder.
