In the new Workflow Editor design, the option to duplicate a workflow has been pulled out of the editor page with the intention of making it a more top-level decision. Right now, there is no option for this on the /workflows page.

Add an option to duplicate a workflow to the /workflows page in the lab.

It can match the current styling within the editor page:
