Project MUSE books have one PDF per chapter; currently, when you save a book like this one, you get a ton of PDF attachments. They end up sorted in alphabetical order in your library, which is even worse. (As discussed in the thread, the Connector currently throws when trying to translate that page with the MUSE translator, but it works fine in Scaffold.)
We could consider:
Showing a Select Items dialog that lets you save one or more sections (with PDFs) or the whole book (no PDF). This is essentially what we do for Springer Link.
Keeping it as is but prepending a chapter number to each PDF's title so they at least stay sorted in the item tree.
The error that you get when you append /pdf to a book's URL implies that some books do have full-book PDFs, but I haven't found an example of that yet.
