V3: allocateLike.inputBox.placeHolder is displayed in the input box when a user clicks Allocate like... #2759

Describe the bug

allocateLike.inputBox.placeHolder is displayed in the input box when a user clicks Allocate like...

This only applies to the next branch/v3.

To Reproduce

  1. Right-click on a data set
  2. Select Allocate Like
  3. Note that the input box placeholder is allocateLike.inputBox.placeHolder

Expected behavior

It should say Enter a name for the new data set instead.
