Provide a runscript+other build

Hi,

As many people are having trouble with installation, maybe you can provide a Conda env or apptainer image and not install through a makefile so things can be more easily tweaked.

I would also like a runscript and not run through a shell command that then has to be in path (?) which may be incompatible with many external systems.

None of the installation options work for me.
