Instillation error: AttributeError: module 'plugin.setuptools' has no attribute 'load_plux_entrypoints' #85

python 3.9.10
pip 22.1
setuptools 62.3.2

getting this error when trying to install with pip:

AttributeError: module 'plugin.setuptools' has no attribute 'load_plux_entrypoints'

Does this work under python 3.9?
