oC 9.2 and NC 11 requires new PHP version #25

Hi

Since ownCloud 9.2 and Nextcloud 11 the minimum required PHP version is 5.6. (So 5.4 and 5.5 are dropped) See: https://doc.owncloud.org/server/9.2/admin_manual/installation/system_requirements.html#supported-platforms and https://rullzer.com/nextcloud-supported-php-versions.html#nextcloud-supported-php-versions

I'm happy to have a look at this first and find a solution, I'll let you know when I can't figure it out :)
