Grab bag of Lua functions for Windows

Hi,

This is my extensive init.lua file (instead of multiple plugins), creating many bindable functions. I have included credit for the work of others - let me know if I forgot you. Some functions use external utilities and/or files from a specific location - read the code. Feel free to add some of these to your config files (too big to post directly):

I only have this working in Windows - sorry.

Hi,

I have made a repository containing my Micro (for windows) with all its customizations. You can now read without having to download anything.

To make things work, you will need to place a number of helper programs in your path - see the Readme.md file - and be a Windows user (sorry).
