Tokyonight color theme for Micro

Hi Micro editor caught my attention a few weeks ago, I'm a long time Vim and now Neovim user but I appreciate a lot the effort put into this editor, I'm trying to get used to it or at least have a better knowledge of it. I recently discovered this color theme which I love and found that is not in Micro yet so this is a first attempt to bring it to Micro. I have little knowledge about the editor yet, so I'm dropping this first before doing a pull request, happy to get suggestions or improvements:
