Describe the bug

Using Ionic 3.9.3 - I cannot build the project after installing 4.0.0-beta.0

Cannot find module '@ionic/angular'.

Additional context

Ionic:
ionic (Ionic CLI) : 4.11.0
Ionic Framework : ionic-angular 3.9.3
@ionic/app-scripts : 3.2.1

Cordova:
cordova (Cordova CLI) : 8.1.2 (cordova-lib@8.1.1)
Cordova Platforms : android 7.1.4, ios 4.5.5
Cordova Plugins : cordova-plugin-ionic-keyboard 2.1.3, cordova-plugin-ionic-webview 3.1.2, (and 6 other plugins)

System:
NodeJS : v10.15.1
npm : 6.0.0
OS : Windows 10

Latest version is for Ionic 4+

Ionic 3 is no longer supported, you will have to install the previous versions.
