Enhancements:

• Choice to edit all tag files in Navigation → Edit Tag File dialog (contributed by @Brawlence)
• Navigation with mouse back/forward buttons
• Navigation with mouse wheel + Ctrl or Shift held
• When opening tag files location, all the tag files are selected (Windows-only)

Bugfixes:

• Fix crash when opening any image on fresh installation (reported by @Brawlence)
• Fix queue filter not matching quoted strings with spaces

Note: Windows binaries are now linked to Universal C Runtime. Users of Windows 7, 8 and 8.1 should install appropriate updates.
