Enhancements:

Naming mode (Options – Naming mode, F2) to allow unsorted input (suggested by @Brawlence in #11)
Custom commands are now launched in the directory of current file

Bugfixes:

Fix missing tag files notification not working

Note: Windows binaries are now linked to Universal C Runtime. Users of Windows 7, 8 and 8.1 should install appropriate updates.
