duplicate snp names

Hi development team,

Thank you so much for creating this program it seems awesome. Right now I am having an issue piping my vartrix results into seurat. For some reason there are duplicates int the output positions that will not allow them to be the row names of the final matrix. For context I only ran it for chromosome seven if that somehow impacts that. Otherwise the barcode and snp dimensions fit what they are supposed to label in the matrix.

Error in .rowNamesDF<-(x, value = value) :
duplicate 'row.names' are not allowed
