[Suggestion] Option to disable "You win X prize!" callouts in-game

The last few times I've played DKAFE, I've run into instances where DKAFE temporarily lags the currently-running game to load in one of the voice-lines that plays when you meet a score milestone.

I wonder if these clips can be made to be disabled in the settings menu, and/or potentially be made smaller in filesize so they can be easily pre-loaded in when starting a machine without causing any performance hiccups?

I have optimised the WAV files and reduced their size significantly. This may help buffer the sounds and prevent the lag you are experiencing. I have also introduced a new option to settings.txt which you can set to disable the in-game announcements (defaults to enabled)

ANNOUNCE_AWARD_INGAME = 1

Set this to 0 will disable the announcements.
The latest release will be updated this evening with the changes.
