[BT] Bump decoder to 1.5.5

Description:

• Filter the new attribute mac to avoid creating discovery sensor for it
• MAC address property by @DigiH in MAC address property  theengs/decoder#359
• NOTE - If a device's servicedata or manufacturerdata contains its MAC address the "mac" property should be included in the decoder so that these devices can have their proper MAC address assigned on iOS or macOS, which usually masks these with generic uuids.

• TH2 battery condition by @DigiH in TH2 battery condition theengs/decoder#364

  NOTE - Decryption needs to be done in the project receiving the encrypted data, once decrypted it can be sent back to Decoder for properties decoding.
