feat(engine): Added visibility feature and changed death behavior for player staff #1122

  • Prevented staffmods from losing their items on death. This is to prevent any mishaps with spawned items.
  • Changed NPCs to skip invisible staffmods. (Can also be cleared by setting ::setvis 2 when targeted)
  • Added new Visibility enum.
