Use MainLoop to trigger alert from sources, manager receives and handles visibility of alert panel. Support for configurable alert panel. Sway windows that has urgent flags will be highlighted. When battery reached low level alert will be shown.

When a source detects something that needs user attention the source should be able to trigger an alert so that a separate alert layer can be shown.
