• I am very grateful for everyone's presence at the recent roadmapping meeting (very sorry I couldn't attend) and for providing meeting notes (:notebook: :heart:). Reading those made me feel really happy to be part of the team.

Updates from last week ✔

• Simplified our auth infra, by removing orcid login support from pilot-hubs (until it would be needed again) ➡️ https://github.com/2i2c-org/pilot-hubs/discussions/731#discussioncomment-1428432
• Worked towards figuring out the best way to add ourselves as hub admins without listing our addresses for each hub ➡️ Add 2i2c staff as admins to all hubs infrastructure#49
• Started working on Automatically deploy grafana charts to all our grafanas infrastructure#739

Challenges I faced and things I'd like assistance with 🙏

• Probably the never ending story of Add 2i2c staff as admins to all hubs infrastructure#311 😅 once I address the latest comments

My availability for next week

• I will probably be off one of the mornings of this week (maybe Wednesday) to have a test (no appointment, so there's a chance I might post-pone it as well 😅 )

Updates from last week ✔

• Tried working towards Migrate home directories of Pangeo users to the 2i2c Hub infrastructure#653 Met a few bumps but I have some guidance from Ryan in that thread
• Responded to [Incident] Pangeo Hub does not have FTP access infrastructure#740 and opened Configure a single general purpose and more permissive network policy infrastructure#741 and Bump version of dask-gateway helm chart we use to 0.9.1 or higher infrastructure#745 as follow ups

Challenges I faced and things I'd like assistance with 🙏

• I am struggling to establish a connection in order to migrate Pangeo user directories 😢 Migrate home directories of Pangeo users to the 2i2c Hub infrastructure#653 (comment)

My availability for next week

• Tuesday and Wednesday will be a bit disrupted as I travel across London and back to celebrate my partner's birthday

• Put together a blog post to summarize what we were up to in Q3 Blog post: 2i2c quarterly update Q3 #235
• Doing some work in the Executable Books world to boost our maintainability and sustainability a bit

• I would also like to start transitioning our support steward role between team members, but not sure of the best way to do it! I'll try writing a proposal tomorrow but welcome feedback from the team :-)

Updates from last week ✔

• Provided instructions to access the CarbonPlan cluster
• A lot of discussions on the CustomOAuthenticator, Prometheus (caught a wrong key at Set prometheus server's deployment strategy to recreate infrastructure#735), Network policies
• Last 15 minutes from the EBP meeting (because timezones) and follow up brief chat with @choldgraf about some EBP specific stuff
• Meeting with Francisco from AiiDA, thanks @choldgraf for making the connection!
• I worked towards Docs about AWS hubs and CI/CD automation infrastructure#717, it should be ready soon, hopefully!

Challenges I faced and things I'd like assistance with 🙏

• Writing docs is always hard and even harder when it is not in your mother language, so I easily get "distracted" joining ongoing discussions about our infra and trying to help/unblock others. This is not bad per se (in fact, it is actually better for the team when I look into the priority of ongoing issues) but it is probably making 711 completion slower than it should be...
