Lightspeed: Cache enabled in scenarios where it should be disabled because of URL parameters

Current Behavior / Expected Behavior

In some cases caching should only happen with certain url parameters.
When other url parameters are given, cache should be disabled.

There are now some edge cases, where the new parameter is ignored and all combinations return the same cache (if it had been previously cached).
