I will start releasing versions 2-4 forward since I have been experimenting with previous versions, and this one seemed the most congruent release. This is has been majorly driven because of the customization Blender releases for each of the editors. Not everything can be color-customized in the current version of Blender. This is due to Blender's internal code, code reviews, and user feedback.

This release includes the .XML theme file, the startup.blend and userpref.blend and will work for Blender 2.9 to 3.4
