Thanks for your quick response. Indeed the rlnMtfFileName column #3 does not match data optical table. It was mtf_k2_200kV.star but after I changed mtf_k2_200kV.star to mtf and re-ran CTF refinement, still get error.
ERROR:
MetaDataTable::read: File mtf does not exist
terminate called after throwing an instance of 'RelionError'

Probably you put a wrong MTF file name during Import. Check the value of the rlnMtfFileName column in the optics group table of run_data.star. If the file name is wrong, fix it. Don't paste the content of the MTF file into the run_data.star.
