Fixed issue with Live Channels

Fixed an issue where Live Channels would not show if the NPO APIs would return a schedule without a program.

Bugfixes & Regional Stations

This release fixes some issues with filtering not showing any results (#4, #6) and it changes the filter order to 'date > genre > letter'. On the live & themed channels view you will now find support for all regional TV stations like AT5, RTV Utrecht, Omrop Fryslân and L1mburg. Requires Xcode 9.3 (Swift 4.1) to install.

Closed captioning and meta details

While playing content it is possible to toggle (Dutch) subtitles from the player's configuration options, or view program or episode details when watching an episode or livestream (where available).

Live TV

Added support for Live TV and Themed Channels.

This is the first TV Gemist release. It supports browsing through programs, filtering programs, and viewing episodes.
