Description

A mobile scouting app made for the FIRST Tech Challenge with the goal of making collaborative match scouting as simple as possible for every season.

Setup

• Run the firebase cli commands in the root directory of the project to setup firebase. firebase login

• Open the terminal and navigate to the root directory of your project. Run the following command to install the FlutterFire CLI: dart pub global activate flutterfire_cli

• Run the following command to generate the Firebase configuration file: flutterfire configure

• Follow the prompts to select the Firebase project and the platforms you want to configure (web, Android, and/or iOS).

• Once the configuration is complete, you should see a message indicating that the configuration file was generated successfully.

• Add files to .gitignore if needed

Common Issues

• iOS build fails Solution: delete Podfile.lock and other folders in .gitignore and run pod install
• M1 Macs iOS Pod Install Fails Prefice terminal commands with arch -x86_64 i.e arch -x86_64 pod install
