List OS Requirements for Scout

Having a hard time finding what OS is required for versions of Scout. Trying to replace jq in workflows, but it's completely self contained. I cannot seem to find any info on what OS a given version of Scout will require.

Scout requires macOS 10.13+ or iOS, watchOS or tvOS. It's possible to find this information in the Package.swift file. Although it might be worth to add this in the Readme indeed.
Also, it can run on Linux (I should make sure of the OS version though).
