Adds
pandastopyproject.tomlandenvironment.yml. Removes min version onasf_search. Removes extra spacing.Will ultimately not impact: https://github.com/conda-forge/s1_frame_enumerator-feedstock/blob/main/recipe/meta.yaml
Except possibly adding pandas to the recipe.
